Hotel Continental Park Lucerne, Lucerne

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were big and comfortable, but unfortunately, being at the end of the corridor meant we were disturbed by early morning door slamming. The hotel lacked fans to borrow, making the rooms hot. The service, however, was exceptional, especially from Maelle, Kevin, and Roman. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Luzern train station, close to the old town and nice restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station in the new part of Lucerne. The staff is friendly and resourceful, always ready to assist with any requests. The dining experience offers good value for money with a variety of choices, but some services might not be available around the clock. The rooms might not always be ready upon arrival, but overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay in a great location.
